All sales of bespoke and customised items are final and non-returnable.

Deposits for bespoke and customised orders are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or postage fees.

Non-bespoke items, such as Ready To Ship items, may be returned within 14 days for a full refund; returns received after this period will not be eligible for reimbursement.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days once approved.

We do not accept returns on items that are not in resaleable condition, or those that have undergone unauthorised alterations, nor are we liable for any damage caused by wear or misuse.
